Develop newspaper ads for various news outlets designed around the corresponding movie poster in sizes ranging from 1 column to double-truck. Each ad had to fit within the legal parameters of motion picture advertising and newspaper dimensions meeting publishing deadlines under tight schedules.
Work closely with Art Directors, and studio representatives to layout motion picture posters for movie theaters and collectibles. Needed to match printer specifications for quality output creating color profiles and necessary print callouts.
Created the DVD packaging for over 50 titles during the latter part of the 90's for the Columbia/TriStar studios. This project was a daily task that lasted most of a year supervised by myself as graphic artist and the art director that worked with studio heads.
Each studio had their own set of design standards as well as us needing to meet the extensive set of legal rquirements when it comes to motion picture advertising.
